These are the terms and conditions on which we supply products to you, whether these are goods or digital content.


Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. 


1.1 You are making an offer to buy our products.

1.2 We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. You will not receive a second e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and therefore there will be no contract between us until your order has despatched and you have received an order dispatch notification from us.

1.3 This contract is covered by UK law.

1.4 In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. 

1.5 Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual goods. For this reason your product may vary slightly from those images.

1.6 We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

1.7  Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible with our sizes, weights, capacities or dimensions, all information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith. If you wish to 100% double check any product sizes prior to purchase, please email us at kookybloom@gmail.com

1.8 By placing an order with us, you agree to and accept these terms, as well as our privacy and cookie policy. 


2.1 You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time.

2.2 The buyer assumes responsibility for the products being suitable for the purpose for which they are being purchased.

2.3 Carriage charges are shown both on our delivery page and also during the checkout process prior to you completing the process.

2.4 You will be required to pay for your order in full at the time of ordering.

2.5 We use secure payment facilities for online purchases. You can pay for your order by AMEX, G Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or PayPal.

2.6 Promotional prices only apply during the period stated and can be removed without prior warning at any time.

2.7 All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds and include VAT at the current rate of 20%.

2.8 Prices for our products are subject to change and we also reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product(s) without notice at any time. 
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of our products.

2.9 Once your order is complete we will email a dispatch notification email.

2.10 Only voucher codes obtained from Kooky Bloom will be honoured. Any vouchers from this website that are over 12 months old are considered expired and will not be accepted.

2.11 We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. 

2.12 In the event that we make a change to or cancel your order, we will notify you by e‑mail provided at the time the order was made on our website.

2.13 We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.  


3.1 Our dispatch date is an estimate, however we endeavour to ship out all orders within 2 working days from the date the order is placed. Dispatch timings are subsequent to change during busy periods.

3.2 We use both Royal Mail and various courier companies to deliver your order. We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days of dispatch. Deliveries may be delayed due to circumstance out of control for which we cannot be held liable.

3.3 Your order may arrive in more than one delivery.

3.4 Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands or the Highlands/Islands of Scotland.

3.5 We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order. A signature may be required, therefore please use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel, or if more convenient you can amend the delivery address during checkout to an alternative address. ie. work place

3.6 If there is no one to accept the order on the scheduled delivery date the products may be returned to tour warehouse and we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge.

3.7 If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our courier for redirecting your delivery, if the courier is able to make the change. Changes to the delivery address post despatch will cause a delay to your receipt of your order.

3.8 Please check the goods on delivery - any goods found to be missing or damaged should be emailed to us within two working days from the date of delivery.

3.9 If your order arrives damaged please report this to us within two working days from date of delivery.

3.10 If your order has not been received within 7 days of receiving your confirmation of dispatch email notification please email kookybloom@gmail.com 

3.11 Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We are not responsible and cannot be held liable for any delay or failure in delivering your order.

3.12 Free UK delivery is available on all orders.


4.1 This policy does not apply to products ordered by businesses, which are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations, or the following goods, which are exempt from the right to cancel. Any items which have been custom made, such as personalised goods or specially ordered products.

4.2 You can request at any time up to 14 days after receipt of your order a refund or exchange. To do this, please e-mail kookybloom@gmail.com. Please refer to point 4.1 for items exempt from this term.

4.3 You do not have to give a reason for requesting a refund. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future and therefore is greatly appreciated.

4.4 If you wish to return your order either for a full refund, partial refund or for an exchange, you must return your order within 14 days of emailing us your request.

4.5 Returns, unless defective, damaged or not as specified on your order confirmation, are returned at your own expense. We recommend that you return any items via a fully trackable delivery service. Refunds cannot be issued if a returned order has been lost in transit and fails to reach us.

4.6 Proof of postage of a returned order alone is not proof of receipt back at our warehouse. Any returns lost in transit are your responsibility and as such you will need to contact Royal Mail or the courier company you used to send back your order to initiate a claim.

4.7 Items must be returned unused and in a re-saleable condition, with the original swing tags and packaging included/attached. Products must be received back in our warehouse exactly as you received them otherwise a refund cannot be issued.

4.8 We are not liable for any loss in earnings due to late, incorrect or lost deliveries.

4.9 This returns/refund policy does not affect your legal rights.


5.1 If there is a problem with your order and or product(s), please email kookybloom@gmail.com advising of the problem. We may ask you to provide us with a digital photograph of the problem as this saves you having to return the goods for inspection before we can advise the best way of rectifying the problem. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

5.2 If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged without unreasonable delay and without charge. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until a digital image is supplied to us if requested, or the original goods have been received at our warehouse and checked. The cost of returning goods to us is only our responsibility if the goods are found to be faulty.

5.3 We will replace faulty goods free of charge, at our discretion, providing that you have returned to us any faulty goods upon request or we have agreed to replace a faulty product(s) without the need for the faulty item to be returned.

5.4 If an item is no longer available we will offer an alternative. However, our liability will be to replace the faulty goods only and we are unable to guarantee an exact match. In this instance, you will have the option of a refund on the product(s).

5.5 Where we replace a faulty product(s) you are responsible for their disposal if they have not previously been returned to us.


6.0 Occasionally there may be information on our site or on the information pages that contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.

6.1 We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information on our website without prior notice.


7.1 If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries, feedback or testimonials) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by post, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments. 

7.2 We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms & Conditions. 

7.3 You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right.

7.4 You further agree that your comments will not contain libellous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of our website or any related website.

7.5 You may not use a false e‑mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments.

7.6 You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy.

7.7 We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.


The products sold on this website have been designed to comply with all relevant UK legislation. We cannot warrant or represent that they comply with any legal requirement outside the UK.

It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
